For Day Camp BSA Annual Health and Medical Record, Parts A and B, are required for all Camps and are due at the required pre- registration Days.

This will be required for all campers, there will not be walk in registration on the first day of camp.

At the Check-in's we will be reviewing Medical Forms, collect any payments still outstanding.

Campers will also received their Camp shirts, and some extra fun goodies for camp!
