Twin Rivers Council Scout On! Luncheon

What is the Scount On! Luncheon?

Over the last eighteen months, questions have emerged around the national bankruptcy and its effect on the Twin Rivers Council. With a potential settlement being reported in the news, we would like to provide you, our supporters, with an update on how this will impact the council.

With this in mind, we have decided to shift the focus of our annual event from the Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner to a Scout On! Luncheon. At the luncheon, the Council leadership will share the successes of the past year and our plans to succeed in the future.

Who Attends the Event?

Friends and supporters of Twin Rivers Council.

Thank You to Our Underwriters

Our sincere gratitude to Dan Nolan & John Nigro for underwriting this event.  Your support is appreciated.

Why Scouting?

Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives. Try new things. Provide service to others. Build self-confidence.

Wouldn't you want the youth in your community to be Scouts?

Our Mission

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

About Us

Twin Rivers Council supports Scouting throughout 13 counties in northeastern, New York. Scouting programs are available to youth in Kindergartern through adulthood in Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Exploring.
