2023 Fall Camporee 2-CSP Ghost/Glow in the Dark Set

The Twin Rivers Council's 2023 Fall Camporee's theme was Off to Neverland. The artwork for the Peter Pan & Tinkerbell and Captain Hook CSPs as well as the Pan, Wendy and the Boys flying over london round patch was done by Garth German of Garthtoons (his work may be found here: http://www.garthtoons.com/). This patch set is a ghost patch with the characters stiched with glow in the dark thread. Only 225 sets were produced!
