Semiquincentennial (America 250) CSP

To celebrate USA's 250th (aka the semiquincentennial), Twin Rivers Council created this fun CSP featuring Steamboat Willie as well as Steamboat Pete dressed up as Uncle Sam (who is based on Samuel Wilson from Troy, NY which is in Twin Rivers Council's service area). The blue and red fireworks in the CSP are made from mylar thread. 500 CSPs were produced. All proceeds from this patch support scouting programs in Twin Rivers Council
