Council Leadership

Key Volunteers

Volunteers in these leadership roles each carry broad responsibilities across the council, overseeing operations and resources, or safeguarding council health, and do so with deep expertise in their areas. By setting clear policies, ensuring sound administration, and providing hands-on support where it’s needed, they make it possible for our committees and local unit leaders to concentrate entirely on delivering safe, engaging Scouting programs.

Council Committees

Committees exist to break down the complex work of Scouting into manageable, expertise driven teams. Each committee carries responsibility for a distinct facet of our program whether that means planning large-scale events, guiding Scouts through advancement and Eagle requirements, certifying and overseeing aquatics or shooting sports, or ensuring our camps meet national accreditation and safety standards.

In this way, our volunteer committees sustain the high standards of program quality, safety, and member support that make Scouting in Twin Rivers Council both enriching and enduring.
